ING Bank (Eurasia)

ING Bank (Eurasia) is a Russian credit institution operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ING Group, the Dutch multinational banking and financial services corporation. The bank functions as a purely wholesale banking entity, focusing exclusively on serving corporate clients rather than retail customers. As of January 2025, ING announced the sale of ING Bank (Eurasia) to Global Development JSC, marking the end of its operations in the Russian market after more than three decades.

The bank specialized in providing corporate banking services to both international and local business clients in Russia. ING Bank (Eurasia) operated under the supervision of the Central Bank of Russia and was a fully licensed Russian banking institution.
