Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Activa (COOPAC Activa) is a savings and credit cooperative operating in Peru. As a COOPAC, it is an associative financial entity without profit-seeking objectives, dedicated to capturing savings and granting loans exclusively to its cooperative members. The institution operates under the regulatory framework established by Law N° 30822 (Ley COOPAC) and is supervised by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS), which assumed supervision of Peru's cooperative financial sector in January 2019.
COOPAC Activa functions as a member-owned financial institution where each socio (member) simultaneously serves as owner, user, and beneficiary of the cooperative's services.
