Land Bank of Taiwan

Land Bank of Taiwan (LBOT) is a wholly state-owned specialized bank in Taiwan that focuses on real estate and agricultural credit. Established as the only bank designated by the ROC government to handle these specialized financial services, it operates with the objective of developing national economic construction in coordination with government housing, agricultural, and land policies.

As of 2024, Land Bank has total assets of approximately NT$2.5 trillion and serves about 1 million customers. The bank is directly managed by the Executive Yuan and ranks among the top financial institutions in Taiwan.
