As a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, France's second-largest banking group, BPCE SFH issues obligations de financement de l'habitat (covered bonds) secured by pools of prime French residential mortgage loans originated by the commercial networks of Groupe BPCE, including Banques Populaires and Caisses d'Epargne.
