As a COOPAC (Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito No Autorizada a Captar Recursos del Público), it operates exclusively with its members rather than the general public.

The cooperative provides basic financial services including savings accounts and credit facilities to its members in the Llata community. It is registered with Peru's Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS), which began direct supervision of COOPACs in January 2019 under Law No. 30822.
