BNK Financial Group Inc. is a financial holding company based in Busan, South Korea, operating primarily in the Busan-South Gyeongsang region. It is one of three major regional financial holding companies in South Korea, alongside DGB Financial Group and JB Financial Group. BNK Financial Group provides comprehensive financial services including banking, securities, investment, credit services, and venture capital through its various subsidiaries.

The group operates internationally with assets exceeding $114 billion (some sources cite $129 billion as of 2024) and equity capital of approximately $8 billion. BNK Financial Group employs over 114 staff at the holding company level and operates subsidiaries across South Korea and internationally in China, Vietnam, India, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
