BS Brodnica (Bank Spółdzielczy w Brodnicy) is Poland's oldest continuously operating cooperative bank, established in 1862. Located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, it serves small and medium enterprises, agricultural farms, individual clients, and local government units. BS Brodnica operates as one of the strongest cooperative banks in the Pomerania and Kuyavia regions, combining 160+ years of tradition with modern banking services.

The bank operates independently since May 2016, when it became the first cooperative bank in Poland to withdraw from its associating institution (Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A.) and begin autonomous operations.
