Landkreditt Boligk­reditt

Landkreditt Boligkreditt is a specialized Norwegian mortgage credit institution (boligkredittforetak) that exclusively issues covered bonds (obligasjoner med fortrinnsrett) backed by residential mortgage loans. Established as a subsidiary of Landkreditt Bank AS, it serves as the group's primary refinancing vehicle, issuing AAA-rated Norwegian covered bonds to finance residential mortgages originated by its parent bank.

As of September 2022, Landkreditt Boligkreditt had a cover pool of approximately 4.45 billion NOK and outstanding covered bonds of 3.81 billion NOK, maintaining the institution's high credit quality through strong asset coverage.
