About İşbank in Turkiye
İşbank (officially Türkiye İş Bankası) is Turkey's first national commercial bank and one of the country's largest and most historically significant financial institutions. Founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, İşbank was established to promote economic independence and national development following World War I.
As of 2023, İşbank operates with 1,066 branches domestically, one of the largest branch networks in Turkey, plus 22 branches across 11 different countries.
