First Citizens Depository Services Limited (FCDS) is a specialized custodian and fund administration company operating in Trinidad and Tobago as part of the First Citizens Group. It is the first custodian service provider authorized by the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC) and the only organization in the Caribbean dedicated exclusively to providing full custodian and investment operations services.

FCDS manages a diverse client portfolio valued at over TT$17.52 billion, providing secure custody services for pension plans, mutual funds, and collective investment schemes (CIS) across various sectors including energy, government, and services.
