Commercial Bank of Maldives (CBM) is a private limited company and the newest commercial bank in the Maldives. CBM is a joint venture between Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC (CBC) of Sri Lanka, which holds a 55% majority stake, and Tree Top Investments Pvt. Ltd. (TTIL), a Maldivian company holding the remaining 45%. The partnership combines CBC's extensive banking expertise with TTIL's local knowledge and experience to provide reliable, innovative, and customer-friendly banking services to retail, SME, and corporate customers throughout the Maldives.
