About I&M Bank Uganda in Uganda

I&M Bank Uganda is a commercial bank licensed by the Bank of Uganda, the country's central bank and national banking regulator. As a subsidiary of I&M Group PLC, a leading East African financial services conglomerate listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange, the bank operates across Uganda providing comprehensive banking services to retail, corporate, and SME clients.

As of December 2024, the bank has grown to hold total assets of approximately UGX 1.1 trillion (approximately US$290 million), with shareholders' equity of UGX 219 billion. The bank serves over 43,000 customers through a network of 12 branches and 14 ATMs across Uganda, employing approximately 310 staff members.
