Interstate Bank

Interstate Bank (Межгосударственный банк) is an international banking settlement and credit institution established by member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Headquartered in Moscow, Russia, the bank serves as a multilateral financial institution dedicated to facilitating economic integration and development across CIS national economies.

Interstate Bank primarily focuses on cross-border payments in national currencies, foreign trade financing, and interstate project implementation. As one of the first international organizations established within the CIS framework, the bank operates under international public law with its constituent documents registered with the United Nations (Certificate No. 59988).
