About CARD Bank in the Philippines
CARD Bank is a microfinance-oriented rural bank in the Philippines dedicated to serving socially and economically challenged women and families. As of October 2025, the bank serves over 4.5 million clients nationwide with more than PHP 17 billion in outstanding loans.
The bank operates as part of the CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI), a network of 21 institutions focused on poverty eradication through microfinance and community-based development programs.
