Gujarat Gramin Bank

Gujarat Gramin Bank is a Regional Rural Bank (RRB) operating in the state of Gujarat, India. It was established on 1 May 2025 through the amalgamation of Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank and Saurashtra Gramin Bank under the Government of India's "One State, One RRB" policy. The bank is sponsored by Bank of Baroda and functions under the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976.

With 744 branches across 33 districts in Gujarat, Gujarat Gramin Bank serves all sections of society with a particular focus on rural and semi-urban populations. The bank's ownership is structured as a joint venture with 50% stake held by the Government of India, 35% by Bank of Baroda, and 15% by the Government of Gujarat.
