Agribank

Agribank, formally known as the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, is the largest state-owned commercial bank in Vietnam by total assets. Established with a special focus on serving agriculture, farmers, and rural areas, Agribank holds 100% state ownership through the government of Vietnam.

The bank maintains the most extensive branch network in Vietnam with over 2,200 branches and transaction offices across all regions of the country. With total assets exceeding VND 2,300 trillion (approximately $87 billion), Agribank is recognized as the largest corporation in Vietnam according to a United Nations Development Programme report.

Agribank serves as a universal bank offering comprehensive financial services to individual customers, enterprises, and financial institutions while maintaining its core mission of supporting agricultural and rural development.
