GPBank (Generation of Prosperity Sole Member Limited Commercial Bank) is a Vietnamese one-member limited liability commercial bank wholly owned by Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank). Originally established as a rural commercial bank, GPBank has undergone multiple transformations throughout its history, most recently becoming part of the VPBank ecosystem in January 2025.
