Moon Banking — Snowflake Marketplace Refund Policy

Last Updated: May 27, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to the Paid subscription tier of the Moon Banking listing on the Snowflake Marketplace. Subscription fees are billed by Snowflake on the consumer's Snowflake invoice, in accordance with Snowflake's Marketplace Consumer Terms; Fullup, Inc. dba Moon Banking does not invoice subscribers directly and does not collect payment instruments.

No refunds

All sales are final. Moon Banking does not provide refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Early cancellation of a subscription;
  • Unused portions of a billing period;
  • Failure to use, query, or install the Data after subscribing;
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the contents, refresh cadence, or coverage of the Data;
  • Temporary outages, delayed refreshes, or schema notices that do not materially diminish the value of the Data;
  • Termination of access following a breach of the Marketplace Data License;
  • Differences between the Limited Trial slice and the Paid tier — both are described in detail on the listing page before subscription;
  • Currency, tax, or payment-processor fluctuations on Snowflake's invoice;
  • Internal organizational changes, project cancellations, or personnel changes on your side.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Moon Banking subscription at any time directly through Snowflake — typically by removing the Paid tier on the listing's detail page in your Snowflake account, or by following Snowflake's standard subscription-management flow.

When you cancel:

  • Your Paid tier remains active until the end of the current billing period as defined by Snowflake's billing system;
  • You retain query access to the full dataset through that date — SYSTEM$IS_LISTING_PURCHASED() continues to return TRUE until the period ends;
  • At the end of the billing period, SYSTEM$IS_LISTING_PURCHASED() flips back to FALSE and your account transparently downgrades to the Limited Trial slice (top 20 US banks by community vote count);
  • No prorated refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period.

Failed payments

Snowflake-billed subscriptions that fail collection are handled under Snowflake's standard collections process. If your subscription is suspended by Snowflake for non-payment, your access to the Paid tier is revoked and your account is automatically downgraded to the Limited Trial slice. To restore access, follow Snowflake's payment-restoration process — there is no separate Moon Banking step.

Disputes routed through Snowflake

If you have a billing dispute and Snowflake elects, under its own consumer policies, to issue a credit, refund, or chargeback to you, that decision is between you and Snowflake; Moon Banking does not adjust its provider receivable on the basis of consumer-side disputes routed through Snowflake's billing system.

Limited Trial tier

The Limited Trial tier of the listing is provided free of charge. No fees are collected, so no refund is possible. Moon Banking may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Limited Trial slice at any time without notice.

Updates to this policy

Moon Banking may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. The version of this policy in effect on the date of the most recent Snowflake invoice in which the Moon Banking subscription appears governs that invoice.
