BMO now blocks all transactions it can detect as related to bitcoin. This blocks all major exchanges, and they try their best to determine if any email money transfers are related to bitcoin.

One of Bmo’s financial advisors wouldn’t let me wire transfer money to Shakepay, though another advisor allowed me last week. They have inconsistent policy enforcements.
