Reina de la Cordillera Ltda. is a housing cooperative (Cooperativa de Vivienda) operating in Paraguay through the mutual aid model (por Ayuda Mutua). The cooperative helps members access adequate housing through collective organization, pooled resources, and mutual construction efforts. It operates under the supervision of the Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo (INCOOP).

Housing cooperatives address Paraguay's significant housing deficit, where over 800,000 families live in precarious conditions.
