Unicoop (UNICOOP Ltda. Central Nacional de Cooperativas de Producción) is a national cooperative central organization in Paraguay that serves as an umbrella institution for agricultural production cooperatives. Founded in 1995, Unicoop groups together cooperatives from various sectors of the Paraguayan economy, with a primary focus on agricultural production. The organization represents one of the institutions with the greatest productive and economic potential in the region, providing comprehensive solutions to cooperatives and agricultural producers.

Unicoop operates with approximately 3,800 member farmers across eight member cooperatives, collectively managing around 330,000 hectares dedicated to soy and other crops such as wheat, corn, sunflower, and canola. The organization's members are predominantly family farmers with an average landholding of 70 hectares of soy cultivation.
