Regional Investment Center Qyzylorda (RIC-Kyzylorda) is a microfinance organization (MFO) operating in Kazakhstan's Qyzylorda region. The organization was established as part of a collaborative initiative between the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" (NCE RK "Atameken") and the Qyzylorda regional administration (Akimat).

RIC-Kyzylorda specializes in providing microcredits to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), individual entrepreneurs, and peasant farms in rural areas, mono-towns, and small towns throughout the Qyzylorda region. The organization plays a crucial role in expanding financial inclusion to underserved communities and rural populations in one of Kazakhstan's economically developing regions.
