Bank Yahav (Hebrew: בנק יהב) is an Israeli retail bank specializing in financial services for salaried employees and households. Originally established to serve government employees, the bank has since expanded its customer base to include all private individuals and select corporate clients. As of 2024, Bank Yahav operates 55 branches across Israel and employs approximately 967 people, serving around 410,000 customers with approximately 315,000 active accounts.
The bank is jointly controlled by Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot (50%) and the Company for Economy and Culture Projects for State Employees (50%), which is equally owned by the State Employees Union and the State of Israel.
