Caisse Populaire d'Épargne et de Crédit du Nord (CPECN or CPEC du Nord) is a microfinance institution serving northern Djibouti. As one of three regional savings and credit cooperatives in the country, CPEC du Nord provides financial services to micro-entrepreneurs, low-income households, women, young people, and populations excluded from traditional banking services. The institution operates on cooperative principles, collecting deposits from members and providing microcredit to support economic activities.
CPEC du Nord is regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Djibouti (BCD) as part of the country's microfinance sector.
