Exim Banca Românească is a universal commercial bank based in Bucharest, Romania. Previously known as EximBank and the Export-Import Bank of Romania, it transformed from a specialized corporate bank into a full-service universal bank in 2023. The bank serves both retail clients and corporate entities, with the Romanian state holding a majority 95.3% shareholding through the Ministry of Finance.
