Coovall is a specialized employee credit cooperative (cooperativa de crédito) that serves exclusively the employees of the Vallourec Group in Brazil. As a not-for-profit financial institution, Coovall operates within Brazil's cooperative financial system to provide tailored financial services to its member-owners.

The cooperative is supervised by the Central Bank of Brazil and follows the cooperative banking model, where members are simultaneously customers and owners of the institution.
