About Sicoob Credfaz in Brazil

Sicoob Credfaz is a Brazilian credit cooperative (cooperativa de crédito) that operates as part of the Sistema de Cooperativas de Crédito do Brasil (Sicoob), one of the largest cooperative financial systems in Brazil. Originally established to serve employees of the Ministry of Finance and related federal agencies, it has evolved into a free admission cooperative (livre admissão) that provides comprehensive financial services to individuals and businesses.

As of 2023, Sicoob Credfaz manages approximately R$ 200 million in assets with over R$ 50 million in legal reserves. The cooperative is affiliated with Sicoob Nova Central (Cooperativa Central de Crédito de Goiás, Distrito Federal e Tocantins) and operates under the Sicoob Confederação umbrella.
