VTB Bank Georgia

VTB Bank Georgia is a universal banking institution operating in Georgia as a subsidiary of the Russian VTB Bank Group. Established in 1995, it is one of the oldest banks in Georgia with rich banking traditions.

The bank offers comprehensive commercial banking services to both retail and corporate customers. As of 2020, VTB Bank Georgia was the 4th largest bank in Georgia with a market share of 3.59% and total assets of 2.13 billion GEL.

Following international sanctions imposed on its parent company in 2022 due to Russia's actions in Ukraine, VTB Bank Georgia transferred significant portions of its retail and small-to-medium business portfolios to other Georgian banks. The institution continues to operate on a reduced scale, primarily serving corporate customers.
