As part of the CMS network, this branch serves the Touba region, providing financial inclusion services to populations across all socio-professional categories. CMS operates as a Système Financier Décentralisé (SFD), or Decentralized Financial System, with over 210 service points nationwide.

Crédit Mutuel du Sénégal is the largest microfinance institution in the UEMOA zone, holding 51% of deposit portfolios and 31% of credit portfolios in Senegal's microfinance sector. The institution serves approximately 1.5 million clients and sociétaires (member-owners), representing 37% of the microfinance sector's clientele.
