Caisse Populaire d'Épargne et de Crédit de Djibouti (CPECD or CPEC Djibouti) is a microfinance institution operating in Djibouti. As one of three savings and credit cooperatives in the country, CPEC Djibouti provides financial services primarily to micro-entrepreneurs, low-income households, women, young people, the unemployed, and those excluded from traditional banking services. The institution also serves associations and very small businesses.
CPEC Djibouti is regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Djibouti (BCD) and operates as a cooperative financial institution where members are also depositors.
