BSCA Bank (Banque Sino-Congolaise pour l'Afrique) is a commercial bank in the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville) established through a strategic partnership between China and Congo. It is a mixed-capital institution combining public and private Sino-Congolese investment.
The bank was created with equal capital contributions of $50 million (50% each) from the Agricultural Bank of China and the Congolese side, making it the largest commercial bank in Congo by capital at its founding. BSCA Bank has rapidly become a leading player in the Congolese banking sector.
