Banco do Nosso Futuro (BNF), which translates to "Bank of Our Future," is Timor-Leste's first privately-owned bank with 100% Timorese capital. Founded and owned by the National Liberation Combatants Council (CCLN), the bank represents a historic milestone as veterans of the independence struggle transition from protagonists of national liberation to active agents in the country's economic construction.
