Tribe Federal Credit Union (Tribe FCU) is a community-focused federal credit union dedicated to serving the multicultural communities of Minneapolis, Minnesota, along with their family and friends. As a newly chartered institution, Tribe FCU specializes in providing culturally sensitive financial services designed to address banking inequity among underrepresented communities, including Native Americans, African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, and other historically marginalized groups.
The credit union emerged from a grassroots lending club founded by African American community members who recognized the need for fair and accessible financial services in their communities.
