Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCBNL) is an international commercial bank operating in Nepal and a subsidiary of Standard Chartered PLC, a multinational banking group with presence in 54 of the world's most dynamic markets. It is the only international bank currently operating in Nepal.

SCBNL is a publicly traded institution listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange, with Standard Chartered Group holding a 70.21% ownership stake and the remaining 29.79% owned by the Nepali public. With over 497 staff members, the bank serves a diverse clientele including individuals, mid-market local corporations, multinational companies, large public sector entities, government corporations, and development organizations such as embassies, aid agencies, INGOs, and NGOs.
