About Port Washington State Bank in the United States

Port Washington State Bank (PWSB) is a fifth-generation, family-owned community bank headquartered in Port Washington, Wisconsin. With over $971 million in assets, the bank serves Ozaukee County and the greater Milwaukee-Waukesha metropolitan area through eight full-service branch locations.

As one of the oldest surviving for-profit establishments in Port Washington and among the 40 banks in Wisconsin that are 125 years or older, PWSB combines traditional community banking values with modern technology. The bank is principally owned and led by the fourth and fifth generation descendants of its founder, Clarence Hill, operating as the largest independently owned and operated financial institution dedicated to and founded in Ozaukee County.
