Ellafi Federal Credit Union (Ellafi FCU)

Ellafi Federal Credit Union is Connecticut's first women-focused credit union, headquartered in Middletown, Connecticut. Formerly known as Seasons Federal Credit Union, Ellafi rebranded in 2025 to focus on empowering women and their allies—referred to as "women+"—to achieve financial independence and economic resilience. With approximately $174 million in assets and over 11,700 members, Ellafi is a community-focused, not-for-profit financial institution that serves Middlesex County and nine towns in New Haven County.

The name "Ellafi" is an acronym representing the credit union's mission: to Empower and Lead women+ with the goal to Lift economic resilience and help them Achieve Financial Independence. "Ella" signifies femininity across many cultures, while "FI" stands for Financial Institution.
