Sicoob Coopercred

Sicoob Coopercred is a free-admission credit cooperative (cooperativa de crédito de livre admissão) headquartered in Goianésia, Goiás, Brazil. As part of the Sicoob System (Sistema de Cooperativas Financeiras do Brasil), it operates as a member-owned financial institution offering a full range of banking and financial services. The cooperative was the first credit union established in Goiás during the 1980s and currently serves over 3,000 members through five service points in the Vale do São Patrício region.

Unlike traditional banks, Sicoob Coopercred functions as a cooperative where members are both owners and beneficiaries, participating democratically in institutional decisions and sharing in the organization's results.
