Nepal Share Markets & Finance Limited (NSM) was a Class C finance company in Nepal that operated under the supervision of Nepal Rastra Bank, the country's central bank. The institution was licensed to carry out banking functions and provided financial services to customers across Nepal.
NSM was declared a problematic financial institution in 2012 and ceased all banking operations. All branches were permanently closed in 2015.
