Cooperativa del Personal de la ANDE (COOPE­RANDE)

Cooperativa del Personal de la ANDE (COOPERANDE) is a multi-service consumer cooperative in Paraguay that serves the employees and their families of the Administración Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE), Paraguay's national electricity administration. The cooperative operates as a "demás tipos" (other types) cooperative under Paraguay's cooperative classification system, providing a range of family consumption, savings, and services specifically tailored to ANDE personnel.

ANDE, established in 1949, is Paraguay's state-owned electricity monopoly employing over 4,900 workers, making it one of the country's largest public institutions. COOPERANDE was created to meet the specific needs of this substantial workforce.
