Hypo AsuntoHypoPankki (officially Suomen AsuntoHypoPankki Oy) is a specialized deposit bank in Finland focusing exclusively on housing finance. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistys (The Mortgage Society of Finland), which was established in 1860. As the only credit institution in Finland that specializes solely in housing, Hypo serves approximately 29,000 customers, primarily in Finland's growth centers.

The bank has been designated as a Significant Institution under European Banking Supervision since late 2014, which means it is directly supervised by the European Central Bank (ECB) in addition to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
