As part of the Sicoob System (Sistema de Cooperativas de Crédito do Brasil), it functions as a cooperativa de livre admissão (free admission cooperative), meaning any individual or business can become a member-owner. The cooperative serves over 10,000 members and manages approximately R$ 203 million in assets, focusing on providing accessible financial services to individuals, small businesses, and microentrepreneurs in southern Minas Gerais.
