Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB)

Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB) is one of the leading commercial banks in Nepal, formed through a historic merger between Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) and Mega Bank Nepal Limited in January 2023. The bank serves individuals, corporations, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and government entities across Nepal. With over 300 branches and 275 ATMs nationwide, NIMB has become one of the largest commercial banks in the country in terms of assets, customer base, and branch network.

As of FY 2023/24, the bank has a paid-up capital of NPR 34.13 billion and is publicly traded on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). NIMB is regulated by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and operates subsidiaries including NIMB Ace Capital Limited and NIMB Stock Markets.
