PAMECAS - Guediawaye Microf­inance Network

PAMECAS - Guediawaye Microfinance Network is a regional member institution of the Union des Mutuelles du Partenariat pour la Mobilisation de l'Epargne et du Crédit au Sénégal (UM-PAMECAS), one of Senegal's leading microfinance networks. The Guediawaye zone represents one of approximately 28 savings and credit mutuals (mutuelles d'épargne et de crédit) operating under the PAMECAS umbrella structure.

PAMECAS is a cooperative microfinance institution that serves over 850,000 members across Senegal, with a particular focus on micro-entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), women, and economically vulnerable populations in peri-urban and rural areas. The Guediawaye zone specifically serves the Guediawaye department in the Dakar region, providing localized financial services to communities that have traditionally been excluded from conventional banking systems.
