BC-PME (Banque Camerounaise des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises) is a state-owned development bank in Cameroon specializing in financing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and artisans. As a government banking institution with 100% public capital, BC-PME was created to address the critical challenge of SME financing in Cameroon, where small businesses represent approximately 95% of the country's economic fabric. The bank operates two branches serving a portfolio of over 8,000 clients and has disbursed approximately 70 billion CFA francs in loans since its inception.
