Columbia Savings & Loan is a historic minority-owned savings and loan association serving Milwaukee's inner-city communities. Founded in 1924, it is Wisconsin's oldest and only Black-owned bank, and the sixth oldest Black-owned bank in the United States.
With approximately $23 million in assets and a single office location, Columbia specializes in providing mortgage lending and financial services to low- and moderate-income families in Milwaukee County. The institution operates as a mission-focused community development financial institution.
