Moon Banking — Databricks Marketplace Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Moon Banking — Full listing on the Databricks Marketplace, billed by Fullup, Inc. dba Moon Banking through Stripe.

No refunds

All sales are final. Moon Banking does not provide refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Early cancellation of a subscription;
Unused portions of a billing period;
Failure to use, query, or install the Data after subscribing;
Subjective dissatisfaction with the contents, refresh cadence, or coverage of the Data;
Temporary outages, delayed refreshes, or schema notices that do not materially diminish the value of the Data;
Termination of access following a breach of the Marketplace Data License;
Currency, tax, or payment-processor fluctuations;
Internal organizational changes, project cancellations, or personnel changes on your side.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Moon Banking — Full subscription at any time directly through Stripe (the email you received with your Stripe Payment Link contains a customer portal link, or you can email us — see "Contact" below).

When you cancel:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period;
You retain query access to the Moon Banking — Full share through that date;
At the end of the billing period, your Databricks recipient is automatically removed from the share and your Stripe subscription stops generating new invoices;
No prorated refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails and is not cured within Stripe's standard dunning window, Moon Banking will revoke your Databricks share access. If you wish to restore access, you may resubscribe via the Marketplace listing — a new request access flow will resume from the beginning.

Free preview listing

The Moon Banking — Preview listing is provided free of charge. No fees are collected, so no refund is possible. Moon Banking may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Preview listing at any time without notice.

Updates to this policy

Moon Banking may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. The version of this policy in effect on the date of your most recent invoice governs that invoice.
