Froze and stole nearly 7k in my account of transactions that were supposed to be irreversible according to them. They lied and deleted recording of our phone conversations.
Sent 4 digits of wire transfers to exchanges and interac-e transfers. Only told them it was for "CURRENCY EXCHANGE" not cryptocurrency. No problems
I have not had any issues with interact E-Transfers to Shakepay so far. Have not sold any bitcoin for fiat yet so the transfers have only been one way.
