They would not let me wire transfer money to Gemini. This seems borderline unlawful to violate my rights as a client. I had to wire to another bank intermediary instead after getting chastised by them over the phone explaining that I’m a criminal.

No issues with desposits and reoccurring purchases with coinbase and BlockFi
As an individual seller I never had any issues
No issues with deposits and withdraws to/from Gemini and Coinbase. Have had some pretty large transactions too.

Been with Chase for about 15 years. Bought Crypto like ETH and XRP with both my Bank account and Debit card, through Coinbase and Bitstamp.
Banked with Chase for 20 years. Been using Chase with Coinbase since Coinbase started. Have had ZERO issues ACH buy or sell to/from Chase.
