Welcome to Moon Banking, a platform operated by Fullup, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Fullup,” “Moon Banking,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moon Banking website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Moon Banking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What Moon Banking Is (and Isn't)

Moon Banking provides data and user-contributed insights about banks and financial institutions.

We do not offer financial services, financial advice, or any regulated financial activity in any jurisdiction. All information on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only.

You should always perform your own due diligence before making financial decisions.

2. Who May Use Moon Banking

The Platform is publicly accessible. You may browse most features without creating an account.

Certain features, e.g. access to the Moon Banking API, may require an account.

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

We may also collect your IP address, regardless of whether you have an account, when you take certain actions (such as voting or sharing content) to help prevent spam and abuse.

Payments

Payments for subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.

Moon Banking does not store or process any credit card or banking information directly.

4. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • When you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are generally not available for any full month during which a paid subscription was active.
  • Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Moon Banking for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to interfere with the operation of the Platform;
  • Submitting misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content;
  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or disrupts the community.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, software, design, branding, and data made available through Moon Banking are the property of Fullup, Inc., and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

Where content is governed by a license, e.g. Moon Banking SDKs, you agree to comply with the terms of the license in each instance.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as reviews, comments, or rankings).

By submitting content, you grant Moon Banking a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Moon Banking strives for accuracy, but information on the Platform may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or rankings.

Moon Banking and Fullup, Inc. are not liable for:

  • Any loss or damages resulting from reliance on information on the Platform;
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Your use of Moon Banking is at your own risk. Always do your own research before making financial decisions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, at our discretion.

You may also stop using Moon Banking at any time.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to the extent permitted by law.

If arbitration is not permitted, disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
