Seiwa Credit Cooperative, commonly known as "Seiwa," is a credit cooperative (shinkin kumiai) headquartered in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo, Japan. With deposits of approximately 160.3 billion yen and loans totaling 100.8 billion yen as of March 2025, the bank serves a highly focused geographic area in eastern Tokyo. The cooperative employs 119 staff members and operates eight branches serving approximately 46,010 households and 64,045 individual members, plus 2,353 corporate clients.
